Are babies news?
Anniversaries are good time hooks for features and opinions: the fall of the Berlin Wall, the signing of the Montreal Protocol, the establishment of a research center... All give the opportunity to review a big event and talk about what has happened since then. Even small anniversaries might do. Here's a small one for a piece of news: Today is the two-week anniversary of the arrival of Etta May Lubick-MacLeod, born at 19.35 local time at Danderyds BB Stockholm, on 20 February 2018. She weighed in at 3572 grams and 50 cm long. She's pretty awesome, but I am biased. I'm not checking email, so please excuse my radio silence, and thanks in advance for your good wishes!
