It's difficult to keep track of the quality, reputation and reliability of journals. This list might help.

Dear colleagues, the Supervisor Committee met today to discuss a number of important issues, and one of those that surfaced was the increasing amount of journals on the market. It's difficult to keep track of the quality, reputation and reliability of these, and we would like to ask you all to be aware of this.

There are a number of lists online that you can use as a guide to help you filter away unreliable journals. One of the better ones is the Nordic List, link here: https://dbh.nsd.uib.no/publiseringskanaler/Forside

Journals with the grade 1 and 2 are seen as reliable, those with a '-' are not. Thanks Stephan Barthel for the link.

Happy publishing!

//Victor and the Supervisor Committee
