The Department of Engineering at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) is currently hiring two full-time tenure track faculty positions. You are kindly invited to apply to: Two (2) full-time Assistant Professor (Cluster Hiring Tenure Track program) positions at the Department of Engineering The Department invites applicants to apply to two full-time teaching positions - Tenure Track - within the University’s strategy to strengthen strategic cross-cutting research areas (Research Excellence Clusters). This process aims to improve the impact on the University's research; promote a collaborative multi-specialty approach, as well as advance our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. We seek new research faculty who catalyze interdisciplinary collaboration, attract international research funding, and enrich our undergraduate and graduate programs by addressing critical and significant academic challenges around the following cross-cutting areas: Environment and natural resources Health and wellbeing Smart and resilient cities Functional and structural materials Requirements PhD Degree. Applications are not limited to doctors in engineering, but we are looking for applicants from any area of science with the ability to lead transversal research groups in engineering. Proficiency in English. Fluency in other languages at an intermediate level will be positively evaluated. Publications. To have published a minimum of 3 publications in Q1- indexed journals (Scopus or WoS) in the last 4 years.
