A number of opportunities related to research on telecoupling from Jack Liu at Michigan State University in USA.

PhD Assistantships and Fellowships in telecoupling / metacoupling for students to pursue a PhD degree in the Center for Systems Integration and Sustainability at Michigan State University starting in Fall 2025. Please send a letter of interest and CV or resume to me at liuji@msu.edu as soon as possible. A symposium on telecoupling / metacoupling will be held at the Annual Meeting of the 2025 IALE-NA (International Association for Landscape Ecology – North America) on April 13-17, 2025, in Raleigh, North Carolina (USA) (https://www.ialena.org/annual-meeting.html) Interested individuals are welcome to submit relevant abstracts to give oral presentations at the symposium (Symposium #11: https://www.ialena.org/symposia-2025.html) Abstracts are due December 16, 2024. Please choose Symposium #11 during the abstract submission (https://www.ialena.org/abstracts.html) A workshop on telecoupling / metacoupling (https://www.ialena.org/workshops-2025.html) will be held on April 15 at the 2025 IALE-NA Meeting mentioned above. Interested individuals are also welcome to attend the workshop and choose Workshop #4 when registering for the meeting. Travel awards are available for students, postdocs, junior faculty, and other junior scholars to attend the 2025 IALE-NA meeting mentioned above.
