For those of you who have a presentation, unmute yourself until we announce your presentation. Then share your screen during your talk if you want to share a powerpoint or similar. After your presentation, stop sharing your screen and mute yourself again. To see all the participants in the meeting click on “Participants” at the bottom of the screen and the participants list will show up on the right side of your screen. For any announcements, “raise your hand” by clicking on the blue “raise hand” icon under “Participants” If you experience any technical difficulties during the talk, please contact our co-host Ida Gabrielsson in the chat at the bottom of the screen. In the chat box you can choose her name from the participants and contact her directly.
