SRC's Loop reporting & your Orcid ID

This is a fundamental resource for SRC’s Annual Report, various analyses and reports to stakeholders/funders as well as for your staff appraisal talk. Please provide your information by 15 January the latest. Also make sure your Orcid ID account is up to date. See guidelines below. Thank you for your collaboration! Kind regards from Eva How to submit via The Loop: 1) Sign in as usual to The Loop (via https://loop.stockholmresilience.su.se) 2) In the top right: click on your name – click on “My Page” 3) Provide information using the seven forms. (If e.g. a collaboration you added last year is still ongoing, just make sure the ”end date” hasn't passed, don’t re-enter.) - Projects, Collaborations & Networks - Outreach Publications & Media (Your scientific publications are extracted from your Orcid ID and should not be reported here.) - Events - Internal Assignments: Education (This is a new form.) - External Assignments: Education, Boards & Committees - Recognitions & Awards - Signs of external impact How to use Orcid ID: The Loop is connected to Orcid ID (www.orcid.org) This means you no longer need to manually write your scientific publications in Loop. Instead your scientific publications are imported directly from your own Orcid account. Please note that Loop only syncs with information under the Orcid section “Works” in your profile. (If you are a new colleague and hasn’t sent me your Orcid ID, please provide me with your ID-number). Our solution is also connected to Altmetric. 1) Import your publications to your Orcid ID record. Under the “Works” header, click “+ Add works”, then “Search & Link” and select a tool (e.g. Scopus) to import your works automatically. 2) If you are missing any publications after the import, please add them manually. You can allow Crossref, DataCite or Publons to auto-update your Orcid ID. Find out how here: https://support.orcid.org/hc/en-us/articles/360006896394-Auto-updates-time-saving-and-trust-building.
