SRC strategy, themes and careers

Dear colleagues, I sincerely hope you are well and are staying safe! Thanks to all of you who contributed with thoughts, suggestions, concerns and ideas during the last 12 months – it has been an intense period of listening to the organization as we are developing the future strategy for the SRC during the coming decade. After substantial discussion in the leadership groups and also last week, with the theme/stream/research project leaders, we now have a suggestion for: 1. New theme structure 2. New career pathway for early career scientists (with associated goals) 3.
