How can scientists engage in "high-risk" cooperation without being embarrased?
I failed to mention this at the speed talks yesterday - a short correspondence piece by Robert B and myself coming out tomorrow, which raise some concerns about the way the term "science-based" can be used to maintain the status quo - with a particular focus on the High Level Panel for a Sustainable Ocean Economy.
