References: Gender Balance assessment tool

Hi everyone, hope you have had and are still having a nice summer! In light of BLM movements and discussions and gender equity discussions within academia during the pandemic, I thought I would share this Gender Balance assessment tool that you can use on your reference list. It also does a probabilistic analysis for race (but is to be used with caution!). In a recent publication we were submitting we found we did quite well on gender but very poorly on BAME inclusion, so did some replacements prior to submission.
