New VR call on sustainability and resilience

Call title: "Sustainability and resilience – Tackling consequences of climate and environmental changes". It's different to the Development Research project grants. "At least one researcher from a low income or lower middle income country, and one junior researcher from a university in Sweden, must participate in the research project."
