Looking for 2 assistants to help with workshop organisation/recording

Hi folks Emilie, Maria MG, Liz and i are hosting a VR workshop on 24th-26th April on the challenges of international collaborative projects. We are looking for a couple of assistants so looking to see if any masters 2nd years or recent graduates are interested. Please also forward to anyone you know who could be helpful and is looking for a bit of work. The pay is 140 SEK/hour (including semester ersättning "vacation pay"). We need help setting up, taking notes/recording, dealing with the 50+ guests, the caterers, coffee/fikas and the usual type of workshop logistics.
