On 26 January you are invited to explore the key learnings from the new Cookbook for systems change - Nordic innovation strategies for sustainable food systems. The Cookbook for systems change -Nordic innovation strategies for sustainable food, by Nordic Food Policy Lab of the Nordic Council of Ministers, Stockholm Resilience Centre and EAT, lays out an inclusive Nordic approach to implementing research and innovation-oriented missions. By exploiting entry points and breaking grand challenges down into a portfolio of actionable place-based demonstrators, these Nordic innovation strategies provide a systemic approach to tackle complex challenges - starting with our food systems.
