"Reflecting on a decade of collaborative research in coastal Tanzania, attempting to combine resilience perspectives with political economy and political ecology." Ian will give a talk, share a new film and look forward to discussions... Ian Bryceson (www.nmbu.no/ans/ian.bryceson) is Professor of Ecology at the Department of International Environment and Development Studies of the Norwegian University of Life Sciences. His research explores interlinked processes of ecological and social change in marine and coastal areas, with focus on small-scale fisheries, aquaculture, conservation and people's struggles for their rights.
