These roles will be employed on a full time (36.25 hours), 2 years fixed term basis. What you can accomplish in the role Professor David Bellwood was recently awarded an Australian Research Council Laureate Fellowship to pursue ground-breaking research on the functional ecology of coral reefs. You will have the unique opportunity to work alongside an internationally renowned Professor and his team to develop and pursue research on the identification and measurement of key coral reef ecosystem functions that are required to sustain coral reefs in the future. What you can bring to the role You will possess a PhD in a relevant ecological or evolutionary scientific field or have an equivalent combination of experience and/or education and/or training. Demonstrable evidence of a strong publishing track record in peer-reviewed journals, particularly in a lead author capacity, is essential for the role. You will also have proven effective analytical and quantitative skills with a thorough understanding of relevant statistical and/or mechanistic modelling methods.
