We have now been asked by the team working with HRS4R centrally at SU to collect your perspectives on these topics within the SRC research community. In December 2023, the President decided that SU would apply for the European Commission’s HR Excellence in Research Award. This certification, part of the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R), focuses on improving key areas such as: Recruitment and career development Research support and ethics Data management Mentorship and collegiality
