The training will focus on how to facilitate meaningful collaboration among diverse stakeholders who might not like or agree with each other. It will be run by Reos Partners which is co-founded by Adam Kahane. You may know his book ‘Collaborating with the Enemy’. In the training, senior facilitators Rebecca Freeth (South Africa) and David Winter (Germany) will share approaches on how to work with diverse others. You will learn how to experiment your way forward in contexts of high complexity and low levels of trust. The training will also explore the role of researchers in such settings and will offer possibilities for participants to apply these approaches to their research puzzles.
