Lost key card or printing card

Have you lost your key card /access card?

Please visit the service centre to get a new one—tell them that you have lost your card and bring your ID.

There are service centres at Albano which is the closest and also one at Campus (next to the Library):

Fredagar: kl. 08:00–15:00

Södra huset, Hus D, plan 4

Note that everyone who has a project at SRC will have one specific contact person for the project (Beatriz, Filip, Tanja, or Therese). 

src-hr@su.se - For sending in HR-related templates and forms e.g. the “salary accounting template” or the “checklist for visitors”, travel insurance  

srcfinance@su.se - for billing, reimbursement for e.g. expenses and per diem, travel and bookings via Egencia

src.housemanager@su.se - for reporting broken things in the office. Describe what the error is and in which room it is in.
