AV equipment

For help/questions regarding the AV equipment, employees are on site in Albano (Informationsteknik) (excluding weekends) on weekdays at 07:30–16:30 (lunch 12:00–12:45, phone support only).

For detailed information about the equipment in the various premises, handling (lazy dogs) and support, visit Informationsteknik's website: www.support.informationsteknik.se.

Under no circumstances may you disconnect any cable or touch any equipment other than plugging in your computer. If it doesn't work, contact Informationsteknik and they will come and help you, see contact details below.

There will be notices in each room how to connect and who to contact in the event of a fault with the AV technology.

Room booking in Outlook for Mac

In your outlook main window, click on calender (bottom left corner). In calendar view (top left) click on meeting and then scheduling.

In the icon menu of that window click on Find Room. In the dropdown menu to the right (see picture below) choose SRC Room list.

Now you got all SRC rooms with availability to choose from.
